Kelly Smith is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Thai Massage Therapist with 17 years of experience. Her training includes over 1000 hours as a student of yoga in professional classes in alignment, meditation, yoga for a number of injuries and conditions including Scoliosis, Pre-natal yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Athletes as well as daily self practice.
Over the past 17 years she has taught over 10,000 hours of yoga including teacher trainings, yoga for professional Athletes, and "Yoga over 65". She received several awards when she taught and owned a yoga studio in Philadelphia for several years including Philadelphia Magazine's coveted annual acknowledgment, "Best Yoga Teacher in Town".
Pilates Classic - Get Seriously Toned & Trim
Pilates is touted as the most efficient and effective way of toning muscles and trimming your physique. Pilates concentrates on supporting and strengthening the core of the body- the abdomen, the lower back, and the buttocks. Pilates is a series of precise, controlled movements, performed with simplicity on a mat with some specialized equpiment, under the direction and guidance of a trained, certified, experienced instructor. his series of 6 classes teaches the excercises in the Pilates sequence and there modifications to offer a muscle toning, body lengthening & strength building clas
individualized to near perfection for YOUR BODY! The excercises can be practiced at home as part of your regular fitness routine.

Fee: $65 for either Lighter Body, Lighter Mind or Pilates Classic Drop in rate $15 per session

Learn to let go of what is weighing you down to "Enlighten" up and detoxify in 2020!!
Register for 6 weeks of detoxifying yoga that will playfully guide you through a challenging & meditative flow of cleansing spinal twists, thrilling back bends, exciting inversions, deep stretches & balancing postures. You will awaken core strength & energy that each lend way to physical & energetic balance. Each practice transitions to rejuvenating & introspective seated postures and then moves steadily to complete relaxation in "savasana" , complimented by aroma therapy and neck & spine traction.
We will practice self-care tenhniques you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. This includes an introduction to reflecology, and an intro to Ayurvedic practices that are designed to cleanse the murky inner waters resulting from life's stresses and restore your body's unity with natures rhythms.
