Classes  are held at 5 (beginner) and 6 pm (all level)


Classes are $10 and approximately 60 minutes long

Vinyasa "flow" yoga incorporates dynamic movement, strength building, tension releasing poses along with meditation. Yoga is an excellent part of any fitness regimen and also has many therapeutic and practical benefits. Breathing is the most important part of your yoga practice- exhale tension, stress and resistance and inhale what you need to support your greatest health and highest purpose. People of ALL levels of fitness and experience are welcome and will benefit!

Kelly Smith is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Thai Massage Therapist with 17 years of experience. Her training includes over 1000 hours as a student of yoga in professional classes in alignment, meditation, yoga for a number of injuries and conditions including Scoliosis, Pre-natal yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Athletes as well as daily self practice.


Over the past 17 years she has taught over 10,000 hours of yoga including teacher trainings, yoga for professional Athletes, and "Yoga over 65". She received several awards when she taught and owned a yoga studio in Philadelphia for several years including Philadelphia Magazine's coveted annual acknowledgment, "Best Yoga Teacher in Town".
